Tatyana Bystrushkina, AmCham Executive Director joined the US-Central Asia Digital Trade Workshop on Stakeholder Engagement organized by the Commercial Law Development Program, US Department of Commerce in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Four days event gathered government representatives from five Central Asian countries, civil society, and private sector to:
▶️ Address digital trade barriers, challenges, regulatory approaches, and best practices
▶️ Produce recommendations for reform to stakeholder engagement processto improve legal environment for digital trade
▶️ Development of Recommendations for upcoming Trade and Investment Framework Agreement ( TIFA) meeting.
During the 3rd day of business trip AmCham Georgia hosted business networking event for AmCham Uzbekistan and AmCham Kyrgyzstan representatives.
AmCham Uzbekistan presented trade and investment opportunities in Uzbekistan to nearly 30 representatives of AmCham Georgia.
