On October 26, AmCham Uzbekistan together with its Gold Member Commonwealth Partnership Uzbekistan held the initial meeting of the Real Estate Committee, which marked the beginning of the committee’s work. During the meeting, Denis Sokolov, FRICS Partner, General Director of CMWP Uzbekistan and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee presented market update, latest developments, insights, and current issues in the field of the local real estate.
The meeting was attended by 15 member-companies, representatives of the largest construction companies, retail chains and consulting companies such as Golden House, Hyper Partners, Korzinka and others.
As the result of the meeting, participants:
– established the mission and goals of the committee
– identified the future set of actions of the committee
Real Estate Committee is aimed to create a professional platform of experts interested in the development of the real estate market of Uzbekistan; implementation and promotion of international standards in the country’s market; conducting a dialogue at the legislative and regulatory level with relevant government agencies and structures.
