HR Committee is a dynamic platform for sharing expertise on the strategic and operational aspects of people management, as well as contributing to the development of HR management in Uzbekistan. The Committee provides information on current instruments and tendencies in the area of HR management, as well as analyzes and discusses the future trends of development. The Committee explores themes such as talent management, Cultural Engagement, Uncertainty Management, Inclusivity, Labor Law Updates, and Compensation & Benefits. The Committee is influencing the role of human resources in the company by transferring knowledge and experience between international and local organizations. The Committee contributes significantly to the future of the young generation of Uzbekistan by conducting HR schools and career orientation sessions at the top higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan
