On April 3, the HR & CSR Committees of AmCham Uzbekistan convened a joint meeting at the office of Beeline Uzbekistan in partnership with Sharoit Plus, bringing together members to advance the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) agenda with a focus on disability-inclusive business practices in Uzbekistan; the session featured contributions from Nodira Courjeau, CSR Committee Chair at Tashkent International Clinic, Sofiya Gaynutdinova, HR Committee Chair at Beeline Uzbekistan, and Dilmurod Yusupov, Project Manager at Sharoit Plus, who shared practical insights on integrating persons with disabilities into the workforce, addressing key barriers, and implementing actionable solutions for inclusive hiring and accessible workplace environments, underscoring AmCham Uzbekistan’s ongoing commitment to fostering cross-sector dialogue and promoting sustainable, inclusive business practices.
