“Central Asia AmCham mentorship program ” online training for selected mentors was held on April 30, 2024.
This unique mentorship program is a part Regional AmCham Initiative 2.0 supported by USAID, FGI project
Students to business mentorship program became possible with the expertise and support of AmCham HR Committee chair Sofiya Gaynutdinova and Zhanna Khaydarova, Beeline Uzbekistan and Nailya Belkova, Artel Electronics.
The 6 months mentorship program will be a combination of:
– One2One sessions with mentors from multinationals, academia, NGOs – members of AmCham Uzbekistan such as Google, Beeline, the Coca Cola company, Mondelez, Korzinka, Deliotte
– Group sessions on major skills development by best HRDs in the country
– Tours to mutlinationals production facilities
