AmCham Uzbekistan HR Committee, in partnership with Beeline Uzbekistan and Sharoit Plus, hosted a workshop on “Working with People with Disabilities: Employment and Workplace Adaptation” at the Beeline Uzbekistan Headquarters on October 3.
The event gathered HR specialists to explore policy approaches, adaptation solutions, and effective management practices that support inclusive employees in the workplace.
The opening remarks were delivered by Sofiya Gaynutdiniva, HR Committee Chair, and Nodira Courjeau, CSR Committee Chair. Speakers Dilmurad Yusupov, Ulugbek Mamatkhanov, and Aziz Abdullaev shared professional insights and real success stories from Uzbekistan’s business community. The presentation focused on breaking stereotypes, introducing accessible workplace solutions, and demonstrating how inclusive business models create shared value for both employees and employers.
