On March 12th, AmCham HR Committee held Introductory session on Mentorship program.
Chair of the committee, Sofia Gaynutdinova, Chief People&Organizational Officer, Beeline and Co-Chair of HR Committee, Head of HR department, Artel Electronics LLC discussed the implementation process of the project and provided a structure of the program.
The mentorship program is aimed at educating female students and improve their knowledge in:

⁃ Presentation skill
⁃ Public Speech and Business Case
⁃ Reinvetion&Adaptability
⁃ Goals and there correct setting
⁃ Critical Skills
⁃ Leadership Skills
During the session, topics covered included the student selection process, mentors, locations of the sessions, speakers for the mentoring programmes, and job and internship prospects.
