On September 12, AmCham Uzbekistan held the first-ever Inclusive Job Fair at the Tashkent International School in support of Sharoit Plus, with sponsorship from Tashkent International School, Tashkent International Clinic, and the British School of Tashkent.
The fair gathered over 100 participants and 14 employers, creating a platform where job seekers from socially vulnerable groups met with companies committed to inclusive hiring.
The event consisted of three main parts:
1. Conference – featuring opening remarks from AmCham leaders, government officials, and international partners. The conference concluded with lottery, where participants received special prizes.
2. Employers’ section – 14 distinguished member and non-member companies established individual stands, each conducting an average of 10 interviews with prospective candidates.

3. Handmade crafts fair – highlighting and selling works created by inclusive children and adults. Each artisan achieved sales averaging over 3 million UZS throughout the day.
