“Classification of Office Real Estate” was accepted during the second meeting of the Real Estate Committee.
On November 23, AmCham Uzbekistan together with its Gold Member Commonwealth Partnership Uzbekistan held the second meeting of the Real Estate Committee.
As the result of the meeting, committee members, under the initiative and support of Denis Sokolov, FRICS Partner, General Director of CMWP Uzbekistan and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee, adopted the “Classification of Office Real Estate”.
The document “Classification of Office Real Estate” was developed by a team of CMWP Uzbekistan analysts based on international standards jointly with AmCham Real Estate Committee members’ feedback collected after the first meeting. The document is formed taking into account the local characteristics of the market, such as: climatic conditions, forms of property ownership and regulatory legislation.
The “Classification of Office Real Estate” is the main sourse of criteria for the correct establishment of the market cost of an object both for sale and rental rate and is primarily recommended for consultants, valuers, investors, and developers of the office real estate market to improve the quality of services.
